Upload images to ImageShack directly from your browser sidebar.

Bookmark ImageShack's Sidebar.
Turn on the bookmarks toolbar (View -> Toolbars -> Bookmarks Toolbar).
Drag your newly-created bookmark into your bookmarks toolbar.
Finally, click the "ImageShack Sidebar" icon in your bookmarks toolbar, and you're done!
